The Old Rugged Barn

OUR MOTTO:  There is always something to celebrate!

The Old Rugged Barn's goal is to provide a relaxed and rustic place where the community can gather to celebrate special occasions and positively impact the community.  Multiple updated spaces along with the farm's rich history make it a perfect location to create new memories through celebrations and events. In 2020, the barn will celebrate its 100th birthday, and through the many years of updates and hard work, it has been turned into a beautiful venue.

The barn sits on 3.5 acres of beautiful farm land, with the actual barn venue covering approximately 2400 square feet on the main level and 1000 square feet on a loft overlooking the main floor.  In addition to the main barn, a newly enclosed 2400 square foot pavilion sits on the property and a grain bin gazebo will be coming very soon!  Two pastures, north and south of the barn, can be used for parking and/or event activities.  We have over 30 barn quilts inside the barn and out.  There are also 5 murals professionally painted on the buildings by Scott Hagan, creating beautiful backdrops for photos.
